At Only Natural Pet, our passion for pets and people drives everything we do. As we close out 2024, we take “paws” to reflect on the strides we’ve made to support the LGBTQ+ community and advance our commitment to unity and diversity. We are dedicated to fostering inclusivity and cultivating a culture of belonging.
We believe diversity makes us stronger, and celebrating differences is essential to creating an environment where every associate feels safe, valued, and accepted. Through initiatives like our Associate Resource Group, Pride At Work (P.A.W.), we provide a safe space for associates, friends, and allies to share knowledge, learn from one another, and grow together.
Our history of inclusivity runs deep. Long before the legalization of same-sex marriage, we offered benefits for same-sex couples, underscoring our belief in equality and unconditional love. In 2024, we proudly continued our close partnership with Rocky Mountain Equality by sponsoring and participating in Boulder County Pride Events. Rocky Mountain Equality is vital in facilitating connection, advocacy, education, research, and programs to ensure LGBTQ+ people and communities thrive in Boulder County and the state of Colorado. Our participation in Boulder Pride, Longmont Pride, and Rainbows Over Boulder demonstrates our paws-on approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Looking ahead, we remain dedicated to celebrating diversity and using business as a force for good to build a brighter, more inclusive future. This commitment is an essential part of our broader mission to create a better and more sustainable world for people, pets, and the planet. As a founding member of the Pet Sustainability Coalition and a proud B Corporation, we demonstrate our unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship, human rights, and the empowerment of underrepresented communities.
