Simplify Life Automatic Delivery Program

Only Natural Pet Store offers its Simplify Life Program to make your life easier by having healthy, natural pet food, treats, and supplements delivered to you on a regularly scheduled basis.  No more trips to the store, no more running out of food, no more reminder notes - the food always arrives just when you need it.  Best of all, you'll save 10% off of everything - and 15% off of Only Natural Pet brand products!

To get started with the Simplify Life program:

  • Find the product you want on our website, and in the ordering grid enter the quantity of the product you would like to receive.
  • Enter the frequency in weeks with which you would like to receive the product on the line called "Simplify Life Automatic Delivery - Weekly Interval" (the last item in the ordering grid).  For example, 2 = every two weeks, 6 = every six weeks.  Don't worry about getting the frequency exactly right, just use your best guess.  You can always change the frequency, accelerate or postpone a delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, or completely cancel the deliveries.
  • Click the Add to Cart button.  Do this for all the items you would like to receive, and then go through the normal checkout process.
  • Your first order will ship immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed according to the weekly frequency you choose.  Your discount will begin on the first scheduled delivery (not the initial order).
  • For every scheduled order you will receive an email four days ahead of time with a list of the items scheduled to ship.  You have until midnight MST the day before to make changes online via the My Account link, or until 5 PM MST to request us to make the changes for you.
  • On the day your order is processed you will receive an email receipt.  When it is shipped you will receive another email with information on the expected delivery date and a link to track the shipment.
  • The Simplify Life discount does not apply to sale prices or special promotions.

Remember, any time you want to adjust your scheduled deliveries, you may do so by signing into your account via the My Account link, or you may call or email us and we will do it for you.  Detailed instructions on how to change the frequency, accelerate or postpone a delivery, temporarily suspend delivery, add a new item to the program, or cancel the deliveries are available once you sign into your account and click on the Simplify Life Orders button.
